Is there a ‘special offer’ section

The prices shown in the collection pages are up to 30% cheaper than normal and these will revert back to normal from 1 January 2009. This is an online launching offer or discount only. Since we only sell to the upper end of the market, our clients value our unique designs and workmanship, at present, we have no other special offers for our online customers. Our designs are custom-made on a pre-sold basis and so we do not carry an inventory.

How is my order shipped to me

We use DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS for all international shipments. For local shipments within Pakistan, we use SPEEDEX.

What is your policy on amending a dress if I don't wear sleeveless or short sleeves

We will gladly convert a dress design to long sleeves or vice versa as desired by you. There are no extra charges for these amendments. All you need to do is to mention this requirement in our comment box after you input your measurements so we can make this adjustment.

What are the different credit cards that can be used on your site

Currently we are not accepting any credit cards, however, you could pay us through paypal where you can use your credit card. The reason we accept paypal as acceptable payment method is because the payments made via paypal are insured hence it gives peace of mind to our esteemed customers as there interest is protected.

Do you guarantee your products

We will always perform a pre-shipment quality check on our merchandise to ensure you become our satisfied and regular client. We take great pride in our efforts to ensure premium quality and service to all our clients. In an unlikely event of any gross negligence on Laraib’s part, we will handle your complain on an individual case basis.

Do you ever have sales or specials

We are a high-end design house and only produce pre-sold merchandise. We are therefore unable to offer any sales/specials to you at this time except the web launching offer.

Where is your company located

We are located in Berkshire, UK with our representatives present in Surrey; UK and Florida & Texas in United States. Dress designing and manufacturing is done in Karachi, Pakistan.

What do I do if my shipment never arrived

We will be tracking all shipments at our end. If you have not received your order(s) in time despite tracking, please inform us by email as soon as possible providing your order information as well as your own personal information such as name, address, date ordered so we can track your shipment at our end.

I purchased a few items from you at different times? Can you ship them together

We are unable to consolidate shipments ordered at different times since this will present complications for both our staff as well as our customers. Please order your choice items at one time from within a collection to allow us in serving you better. Also more items ordered at one time will save you shipment charges.

What is your privacy policy? Do you share customer information

Data protection act is strictly complied with by Laraib and We do not share any personal, payment or contact information of our clients from our online business or otherwise to anyone.

What is your shipping time

It generally takes DHL (5) days for International deliveries and Speedex (2) days for local deliveries within Pakistan.

Can you offer color options for dress(es) I choose online

There is a substitution policy we follow and inform our customers beforehand since some of the prints we show in our collection may very well be out of stock at the time of your placing an order. The Designer will have discretion to either use exactly the same print or use a close available substitute print in a similar color theme which gives the same effect as the design displayed. We encourage you to purchase the outfit(s) in the color displayed within our collection online. Color choice only available when indicated in the description.

Do you assure on time delivery

Our dresses are custom-made. Each piece is planned and manufactured by hand individually by our craftsmen giving proper attention to details. It is our goal to satisfy you with respect to our quality of design, function, fit and overall services that accompany your experience in working with us. We will endeavour to ship your order within the specified time period. We also work with the most reliable courier services in the world to ensure premium services to our customers. We do not, however, guarantee to deliver on time in case of force majeure’ i.e. natural elements such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, fire or other calamities.

Is there a minimum order size policy

You may order as little as (1) dress at a time. We encourage you to order fewer dresses initially so we can get familiarized with your measurements the first time around. Otherwise, there is really no minimum order quantity policy.

Is there an extra handling charge for substitution

Once we do offer substitution, we will charge special service charges that will be notified via updating of our site.

Can I reach the Designer by phone or order by phone

You encourage you to discuss any the order via phone on telephone number +44 7711632305 to describe your requirements in as specific details as you can, however, any order placement requires measurement details, contact and payment details which we suggest our customer to fill in online in order to avoid any doubts.

How should I take care of my dress

Many of the dresses we design and produce use custom hand embroideries using fine materials. These dresses may thus not be subjected to normal washing procedure. We recommend you hand wash only area(s) of dress(es) that require cleaning or Dry Clean only with a very reputable laundry. Do not use hot water. Only use cold water wash, no bleach, lay flat to dry (no dryer). Do not press directly with iron and use only warm iron. Do not iron portions that are covered with hand embroidery as this may result in thread breakage damaging the dress permanently. We recommend you do not fold our dresses. Instead, use hanger to store them using a cover if possible.

How does sizing work

We understand that a good fit is one of the most important attributes in our success as well as a large number of our satisfied clients. We have mentioned measurement tips on top of our order form. Once you have reviewed this, kindly proceed to fill in the measurement chart. The height and weight information is vital to ensure we interpret the main specifications correctly. This information is kept confidential. Once you have become a regular customer, you will be asked if we should apply your previously submitted specifications or you would like to revise these due to advent of time and possible body measurement/weight changes.

How can I track my order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the name & weblink of the Courier Company engaged to transport your order along with the Airway Bill (AWB) or tracking number. This allows you to track the movement of your order in real time.

How can I check for references

We have many very satisfied clients in Pakistan and abroad who come back frequently several times a year. Their information at the moment is strictly confidential. However, you should be able to read testimonials for some of our regular customers in due course.

Do you have a printed catalog

We do not print catalogues. However, you may select from the most recent collections online or we keep archives of our previous designs which we will be pleased to send by email to our regular customers.

When will my order ship

You are notified of your expected shipment date by email once your order has been accepted for processing. This is based on order lead-time from the point of order taking. The lead-time is indicated on our website on terms page.
